DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE CLAIMS

Traffic accident report/agreement report or statement and witness report

Statement in cases where there is no report or record

Photocopy of vehicle registration certificate

Photocopy of driver’s license

Alcohol report

In cases where no expert is appointed, photos of the damaged vehicle and repair invoice

If there is a lien on the vehicle, positive D/M consent

The above documents are standard, and additional documents may be requested depending on the nature of the damage.

IN CASE OF VEHICLE THEFT;

Police report form

Original vehicle registration certificate with “stolen” stamp

If there is a lien on the vehicle, a positive D/M consent and a notarized letter stating that the lien has been removed

Letter from the tax office stating that there are no outstanding debts

Letter from the traffic registration office stating that the vehicle registration has been cancelled

Letters from the police station and the auto theft bureau stating that the vehicle could not be found

Power of attorney (a sample must be obtained from our company)

Original and spare keys
