In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data shared with cizgisigorta.com.tr may be processed by us, wholly or partially, automatically or non-automatically, by obtaining, recording, storing, modifying, reorganizing, and in short, by subjecting the data to any kind of processing performed on the data. Within the scope of the KVKK, any operation performed on the data is considered “processing of personal data”.
2. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data
The personal data you share will be processed for the following purposes:
• To fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our customers, in accordance with the requirements of the contract and technology, and to improve our products and services;
• To provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials upon request and as required by law in matters relating to public security and legal disputes;
• To offer our members a wide range of opportunities or to share this information with individuals or institutions that can offer these opportunities within a legal framework;
• To analyze advertising preferences;
This will be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related secondary regulations.
3. Information on Third Parties or Organizations to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
The individuals/organizations to whom your personal data shared with cizgisigorta.com.tr may be transferred for the purposes stated above are: our main shareholders, shareholders, advertisers, and our direct or indirect domestic/foreign affiliates; Our data processors include, but are not limited to, member companies using the cizgisigorta.com.tr infrastructure, individuals and organizations related to the services provided, domestic/foreign organizations and other third parties and organizations with whom we collaborate, partner with, and receive services from in order to carry out our activities and/or as Data Processors.

4. How Your Personal Data is Collected
Your personal data is collected through:
• Forms on the cizgisigorta.com.tr website and mobile applications, including information such as name, surname, address, telephone, business or personal email address; preferences on pages accessed using username and password, IP records of transactions performed, cookie data collected by the browser, browsing time and details, and location data;
• Personal data may be processed and collected from individuals who share their personal information through business cards, resumes (CVs), proposals, and other means for purposes such as establishing a business relationship with cizgisigorta.com.tr, applying for a job, or submitting a proposal; this data may be obtained in a physical or virtual environment, face-to-face or remotely, verbally or in writing, or electronically.
• In addition, data obtained indirectly from various channels, such as websites, blogs, competitions, surveys, games, campaigns, and similar (micro) websites, social media, e-newsletter reading or clicking activities, data provided by publicly available databases, and publicly available profile and data from social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
5. Personal Data Obtained Before the Entry into Force of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law)
Since cizgisigorta.com.tr did not begin its publication before April 7, 2016, the effective date of the KVKK, we do not have any personal data stored prior to this date.
6. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data, collected through any of the methods listed above, whether processed in Turkey or processed and stored outside of Turkey, may be transferred to service providers located abroad (in countries accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board and where adequate protection of personal data exists) in accordance with the KVKK and the purposes of the contract.
Your Personal Data;
• Our business partners with whom we collaborate and/or receive services for the provision and promotion of products and services,
• Authorized authorities who will determine your location in case of an emergency call,
• Regulatory and supervisory bodies, courts and enforcement offices, and other official institutions, as well as other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data,
• Legal entities that have a commercial relationship with cizgisigorta.com.tr and possess your phone number,
Your personal data may be transferred when deemed necessary.
