How to Fill Out an Accident Report?
March 26, 2026With Supplementary Health Insurance, we provide coverage for the difference in cost that individuals covered by the Social Security Institution (SGK) – General Health Insurance have to pay for examinations, tests, and treatments in private hospitals, some of which are covered by SGK.
Insured employees and their family members can receive services at contracted private hospitals and medical centers without paying any difference in cost by purchasing Supplementary Health Insurance.
There are two different coverage options you can choose from in Supplementary Health Insurance:
Inpatient Treatment Coverage
Inpatient + Outpatient (Outpatient) Treatment Coverage
For an additional premium, you can also add coverage for childbirth, IVF, earthquake, and personal accident to your policy.
Did you know that there is only a 1-month waiting period for childbirth coverage at Anadolu Sigorta? While many other companies require a one-year waiting period, allowing you to use the coverage from the start of your second policy, with Anadolu Sigorta, if pregnancy occurs after the policy is issued, you can give birth in a private hospital under the same policy, provided the policy has not expired.

*There is a 3-month waiting period for check-ups.
*If a pre-existing illness is detected in your health record (e.g., recorded in the e-health system or diagnosed at a private hospital), you will not be able to benefit from supplementary health insurance for that illness. It does not cover any pre-existing conditions.
